Great Holiday!

We have had the most wonderful holiday in Kalkan. The apartment is set in a great location just outside Kalkan, you can make full use of all the facilities at the Prince Patara Club which is beautiful. The water taxi over to Kalkan is great to use as well. The apartment itself is really lovely and very modern in style. It is very well kitted out. The balcony has a great view out towards the sea and Kalkan. There are a few steps up to this apartment so may be tricky for some. Can't wait to go back next year.
Fantastic Holiday!!

This was our first time using owners direct and we are glad we did! The villa we stayed at was the Olive Garden in the patara prince complex. We couldn't of asked for a nicer place and the location was perfect, just a 2 min walk from the hotels facilities and the sea. The villa over looking the sea and the town of kalkan was the perfect way to end your day wether it was going into town for lunch, seeing the sites or just relaxing by the pool. The owners john and Julie were very helpful and attentive to all of our needs communication was superb either with them or their turkish contact. All of our amenities were met and we were welcomed with complementary food items in the kitchen to get us started. When we arrived at the Villa we were welcomed with a large welcome pack telling us all about kalkan and what it had to offer from recommended bars and restaurants to day trips and water sports we found this very helpful and we will definitely be visiting again thanks again john and Julie for the perfect holiday!!!!
The perfect location!

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful location with unrivalled views! The apartment was perfect for us, and the recent refurbishment was to a very high standard. The resort was wonderful with everything a family or couple could need, the staff are extremely helpful. The town of Kalkan was a 5 minute journey by private boat from the sun bathing platforms. We really enjoyed the restaurants in Kalkan which had varied menu's and were very reasonably priced. The local people were very welcoming, and not overly pushy in inviting you to dine with them. We can't wait to return!
