We understand your holiday is important which is why we ensure our properties are always kept to the highest standard. The Cactus Garden is new for the 2016 Season so we thought we would share with you its ongoing refurbishment journey.

How We Began...

The Cactus Apartments at Patara Prince are often presented in the same layout with a kitchenette area, separate master bedroom then a wall creating a separate living space / additional bedroom area.

​Whilst the property was tastefully done and comparable to others when we acquired it we felt it didn't meet the standards our guests expect. Below are the photos of when we acquired the property in October 2015.

The Work Begins...

So its now November 2015 and in we go! As the properties at Patara Prince are around 30 years old we know we need to do the essentials first, those hidden tasks people don't see but are so important to provide you with the holiday you deserve. A full electrical re-wire and complete replacement of all the water pipes are the first tasks on our list!

In we go, starting with new locks...

Then out with the bathroom sink...

Then start ripping out the bathroom completely...

Out goes the dated partition wall...

And we mean completely! Including all the old pipework

Along with the entire kitchen!

Now time to replace all the electrics in the property...

New UPVC double glazed bedroom windows and mozzie nets fitted

In goes the new double glazed sliding door and mozzie nets

New electrics and water pipes installed

We dont just stop there we add a new hot water system

Now time to start plastering!

In goes the brand new kitchen

New pipework finished ready for the toilet and shower system

All new fuse box installed for your safety

and new air-conditioning and electrics in the bedroom

Bathroom plastered ready for tiling...

Kitchen ready for the appliances and worktops

We are almost finished...
