How We Began...
Below are the photos of The Olive Garden the day we acquired the property, despite the somewhat retro décor we knew the home had so much potential, especially given its location and unique design.
So we Ripped it Apart and Started Again...
And we really do mean ripped it apart! As the properties at Patara Prince are around 30 years old we know we need to do the essentials first, those hidden tasks people don't see but are so important to provide you with the holiday you deserve. A full electrical re-wire and complete replacement of all the water pipes were the first tasks on our list!
We then decided the bathroom could do with a little more space so down came the walls to fit the wet room our guests enjoy. Next up, the double glazing and new sliding doors to maximise the sunlight into the property and give easy access to the outside space. To ensure we left no stone unturned we even replaced the outside drainage pipes!

Then We Did It All Again...
And decided to purchase The Cactus Garden and bring that up to date with a full refurbishment.
